You are someone who loves "big data." If given a vast database, not only would you find useful information in it, but you could organize it into beautiful charts that tell a compelling story. You might have majored in Economics, Math, Computer Science, Finance, Physics...really any field that had you designing experiments and running regressions. Our clients organization is a startup that seeks an impactful individual for a leadership role that requires a lot of ownership. You must be willing to take charge and put your shoulder to the wheel in an environment that is essentially start-up. That said, my client's organization has a wealth of experience in mobile product development and has been around for 7+ years now- that's quiet a long period in the world of mobile apps. So while it is a start-up, they have tonnes of experience to draw from.

Our client is well-funded with key stakes being held by an eCommerce giant whose leadership and investors make VERY BIG bets. That's a strong validation of how exciting the company and the new product they are going after is.

- And it is a new product. An opportunity to work on something completely new with the kind of folks that thrive on building new things from the ground up and have success doing it in the past. An ideal candidate would get really excited by this elemental stuff itself.

How You Might 'ideally' Look-

10 -12 years of very relevant experience (we're biased toward Competition/NBFC/Credit Card business experience); Product Management experience in consumer/SME lending is a plus; Top-notch educational pedigree (Engineering and MBA degrees from the best Universities are something we love); a Numbers wizard who is analytically very strong; A High Degree of Integrity & Energy.

What Are Your Responsibilities:

- The role's responsibilities will span the spectrum from finding patterns among fraud schemes, tracking their loss metrics and strategizing on how to decrease them, working alongside product to implement solutions to create a better payments experience, optimizing customer support structure, providing insight on new products from a payments perspective, and partnering with developers to maintain the integrity of the platform.

- At the end of the day, my clients team will look to put together a state-of-the-art operation to keep fraud off of the company's payments solutions app and enhance the experience of the uses on their platform.
