India has been growing as the centre of excellence for key IB functions and in order to accentuate the growth within the business, the client is looking at a seasoned Finance professional with experience in Regulatory Reporting, RWA Production to head the vertical.

Job Description :

You will be reporting to the Head of Regulatory Reporting and responsible for overall Regulatory Reporting function that encompasses :

- RWA and Capital Management (Basel Regulatory Reporting)

- Credit, Market and Operational Risk Analysis and Commentary

- FSA Regulatory Returns

- MIS Reports, Business packs preparation and RWA/ Capital Forecasting

- Present monthly Business Packs to divisional CFOs

- Manage Group Treasury RWA and Capital portfolio

Profile :

- You are a CA / ICWA / MBA in Finance with overall 10+ years of expertise in managing large scale global projects and BAU processes across complex banking verticals like Regulatory Reporting, Risk Management, Financial Control, Change and Data Quality Management. Expertise in strategizing and managing work transition across regions, change management, streamlining operations and stakeholder management is also required.

- You are also an effective leader with a proven track record of delivering under pressure, managing competing priorities, building teams across regions and ensuring seamless collaboration to meet challenging goals.
