We have an excellent opening for VP- Recruitment for IB based in Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities :

- To define and deliver a resourcing strategy across all locations and businesses

- To effectively manage relationships, act as a central point of contact and maintain open communication channels with all related functions e.g. HR, Recruitment, Operations, Business Heads.

- Help to develop a deep understanding of the People requirements

- Designs, develops Designs, develops and maintain the recruitment process in the organization (including its description, recruitment measurement definitions, regular measurement reporting, taking proper actions to close gaps)

Required :

15-20 yrs exp from Banking captives / banking front office . Someone with strong experience in managing 1-2 geographies apart from India .
