End to end management of the product lifecycle from concept to phasing out of the product   - Manage and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams   - Be an expert in the product and keep up to date with technological advances   - Development and execution of the product roadmap  - Lead the Product Management function in all aspects of product design lifecycle right from understanding the problem leading to product requirements till delivering a world-class product, in various creative and management capacities.  - Define the vision and direction for internal teams like Linguistics and Content, Product Marketing Management, User Experience and Functional Experience teams.   - Work with different cultures, people and technologies with an ability to grasp the bigger picture and understand the details at the same time.   - Work closely with the internal teams in developing documentation to support the design, development, launch and training of the product.   - Facilitate the design, development and launch of innovative products.  - Managing highly customer-focused with emphasis on quality documentation, close collaboration with business leaders across geographies, and alignment with corporate goals and vision.   - Own and drive formulation, management and execution of Go-to-market strategy and tactics to ensure continued market leading positioning   - Own marketing strategy, planning and execution through internal and external channels   - Identification, specification and prioritization of features, functionality and capabilities.   - Instill and follow good software development practices and ensure timely delivery of high-quality product.   - Responsible for hiring and mentoring the team; helping individuals grow in their careers, having constant dialogue about their aspirations and sharing prompt, clear and actionable feedback about performance.   - Collaborating closely with others functions in the organization to ensure that the products we build will delight our customers; this includes working closely with Research & Development and Business Development teams.
