Description - The client is looking for a person to head products for their digital banking business. The candidate will be responsible for building a new age digital product, focusing on mobility and will define the digital channel roadmap for the branch and business banking.

Job Description :

Reporting to the Sr Vice President, you will be responsible for :

- Defining, executing and implementing the Digital strategy for the retail bank around product and process

- Liasioning with the Technology team and the Business solutions group to ensure delivery of the products/ solutions and formally launching it to clients

- Developing comprehensive business cases for new product functionality to serve as inputs to decision-making, prioritisation, pricing, and client value proposition in the Digital & Payments space for the retail banking customer

- Examining existing processes and evaluating process changes to reduce bottlenecks and improve service turnaround as well as service quality

- Creating collaborative approaches to work through project efforts and ensure constant and regular communication of product status

- Subject matter expert (SME) for BBB in the payments & Wallets space front ending large deals

Profile :

You will be a post graduate from a premier institute, with more than 10 years of experience in Internet Banking, Product management, payments or digital banking. Thorough understanding of banking domain, strong knowledge in mining transaction data and experience in managing operations and projects with multiple stakeholders is critical for this role. Good leadership skills, attention to detail and entrepreneurial mindset are qualities that will differentiate the successful candidate.
