About our Client - Our client is a leading retail, corporate and investment bank with rapid expansion of their operations in Indian market. As a part of migration of value added work from the US, UK, Europe and financial centers in APAC and increase in volume of trades globally, they are seeking experienced Process Excellence professionals for their captive centers in India.

Job Description - As the Vice President - Process Improvement, you will be responsible for:

- Implementing and driving Business Excellence Techniques and Practices

- Managing global stakeholders and driving strategy initiatives

- Providing solutions based on Industry best practices through detailed analysis, identification of alternate delivery mechanisms and recommendation of preferred Lean Six-Sigma approaches

- Leading and coaching operational managers, business stakeholders, other project resources on Black Belt & Green Belt Lean Six-Sigma

- Leading quality and productivity initiatives including Lean Six Sigma within the team and ensure delivery of benefits

- Ensuring compliance with the needs of the project office

The Successful Candidate - You will have an MBA/Masters Degree from a top tier school with a total of 10 years of Business Excellence experience in Banking sector for global markets and should be Master Black Belt Certified. Additionally, you would have had sound Project Management experience, previous experience in driving a change management consulting business (internal stakeholders or external clients) and proven achievements in process improvements. You will have the ability to influence and drive stakeholders and be adaptive particularly to cultural diversity.
