Job Title:Vice President - Planning and Strategy

Job Description

Collaboration: Support in design of innovative solutions and frameworks and implementation

- Project manage firm wide strategic initiatives/ special CEO-initiated projects

- Help implement strategy that run across horizontals in India like talent management

- Identify and drive cross functional productivity improvement opportunities

- Prepare India for 200 plus migrations with respect to coordination on infra, training, documentation etc

- Drive cost management program

Control: Business and Financial Analysis

- Data Analysis and Interpretation

India budgeting, planning and forecasting

- Executive Packs for India and prepare business review

- Market and Portfolio Analysis/ research presentations

- Monthly India dashboards:

University degree in Management, Engineering, Science or Technology

- Possesses 10+ years of relevant professional experience

- Prior experience in Financial/Capital Market Services would be an added advantage

- Strong working knowledge of requirements elicitation, structured analysis, stakeholder management, use case definition and other

Business Analysis techniques

- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, Access,Visio etc.)
