We have been retained by our client, a well established, professionally managed private bank to identify a Vice President- Payments and Cash Management. The position will be based at Mumbai.  Job Purpose :  - Business Development in Corporate clients sector through sales of payments & cash management solutions.  - Responsible for providing structured solutions to corporates thereby driving business development by analyzing portfolio trends and creating regional level initiatives to increase cash balance and activation level in the portfolio.  Responsibilities :  - Generating new business for the bank by cross selling to existing clients basis need identification and business development activities for new to bank acquisition.   - Working on domestic as well as cross border deals and managing internal as well as external stakeholder's expectations by timely delivery of quality PCM solutions basis client's need in an increasingly sophisticated and demanding market and client base.  - Responsible for ongoing maintenance of new Cash Management services following the close of sale through initial client product usage. It ensures that products are properly set up in accordance with published service level agreements.  - Responsible for account planning, identifying business opportunities in India and overseas, providing FEMA advisory & regulatory support for ODI, FDI, cross border payment transactions.  - Assist the product team re- engineering product process which resulted in cost savings for the bank and increased the efficiency of service delivery.   - Providing solutions to clients in order to facilitate better working capital management across product lines - domestic collections & payment settlements, merger and acquisition transactions, venture capital investments (FDI flows), trade finance services and cross border flows.  - Designing, developing and rolling out new products as per the client requirement.  - Responsible for launching Cash Management Product.  - Update Cash Management databases with information about clients when new products and services are ensure follow up is timely for all client requests.  - Being up to date with ongoing market trends for spotting annuity as well as tactical opportunities.  - Understand and identify critical client issues, develop and articulate solutions to address client issues.  - Work closely with the Product Team to be updated on product features and functionalities as well as to bring feedback on customer needs and market trends.  - Provide feedback to product team to identify new opportunities for product development and customization.  Desired skills :  - Excellent knowledge within Payments and Cash  - Experience within electronic payments.  - Worked on a Global Payments project.  - Strong product knowledge.  - Superior marketing and negotiating skills.   - Team building and leadership skills.  - Very good understanding of cash management with proven track record of emblematic cash management mandates.  - Excellent communication and writing skills.  - Strong analytical and organizational skills.  - Proficient with Microsoft (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).  - Strong Sales capabilities.  Candidate Profile :  Candidates should be Chartered Accountants / MBAs with about 12 to 15 years experience in Payment & Cash Management.
