Client : One of the leading financial institution in India.   Description : One of the leading financial institution India is seeking a Vice President - HR Role for Organizational Development   Role :   - The primary function of this role is to define Organizational Structure and define Roles and Responsibilities at all levels.   - Evaluating Jobs/Roles across levels.   - Driving Performance Management Process including goal setting, review discussions, normalization discussions etc.   Key Responsibilities :   - To be accountable for bringing continuous improvement to the Organizational Development processes and measuring /maintaining their overall health and effectiveness.   - To facilitate succession planning and high potential programs with SBU and Business Heads   - To manage the performance management process, and career model roll out   - To lead the Diversity initiative for India including policy changes and engagement initiatives.   - To Influence leadership for recruitment strategy changes related to diversity.   - To analyze the organizational needs on various aspects of Strategic HR initiatives which are aligned to overall business needs such as competency framework, leadership pipeline, talent assessment, managing attrition, improving productivity, managing change & OD and transition.   The Candidate :   - 10-15 years of relevant experience   - Experience in the BFSI Domain is essential.   - Clear understanding of, and experience in, managing Organizational Development.   - Managed the organizational strategic issues related to operations, performance, leadership building, talent identification & acquisition.
