Job title : VP Operations  Reporting to : CCO Chief Customer Officer  Location : Mumbai  Job Responsibilities :   - The role will be responsible for building operational capability for a high-end, retail business serving clients across the globe.   - You will spend time improving customer satisfaction, using technology to make processes smarter and more intelligent, managing a diverse team of exceptional individuals, and improving profitability.   To elaborate, we would need you to  - Rapidly enhance the productivity and profitability by implementing changes in business strategy, automating process flows, and streamlining quality processes thereby improving customer satisfaction  - Provide up-front consulting and technology recommendations to minimize manual effort, reduce internal and external costs, to optimize productivity and support scalability   - Grow the capability, capacity, and efficiency of the teams by assessing the strengths and weaknesses of the organization  - Build a cohesive team across locations, drive recruitment, manage performance and ensure talent development thereby aiding retention  - Set performance benchmarks, track KPIs, identify performance gaps to mobilize and empower the team to achieve targets  - Generate and analyze MIS reports, share insights and results with key stakeholders in the organisation  You can apply if you have the following :   - 10+ years of experience in heading an operations role preferably from a services company  - Prior experience in leading and managing a diverse, talented and high value team  - Passion and desire to solve business problems through technology  - Track record of driving execution in a growing environment   - Strong customer focus  - Entrepreneurial ability   - Excellent decision-making and influencing skills
