Vice President - Operations - Manufacturing (20-30 yrs)
1) Leads and directs the Manufacturing Operations function, to obtain optimum productivity, while reaching strategic goals
2) Drives change transformation and strategy execution to achieve specific business results
3) Develops long-term plans that impact the achievement of business results and incorporates broad knowledge to address complex, unusual and critical issues
4) Ensures that manufacturing processes are optimized for each product, and that process controls is in place
5) Develops comprehensive site capital and maintenance budgets consistent with business plans
6) Provides general logistics support to manufacturing floor such as processing material requisitions, sub-assembly paperwork closure and material relocation
7) Designs, implements and leads best-in-class business process including manufacturing systems optimization, supply chain development, customer satisfaction and quality improvements
8) Oversees technical and professional development of the Manufacturing Operations function
9) Leads and directs work for team of employees as defined by business needs
10) Manages staff selection, performance, development and training processes to ensure team competencies and capabilities to reach the business goals and expectations
11) Responsible for handling all the pant operations for Terry Towels.
12) Quality, PPC, Cut & Sew, Pack.
13) Wastage management.
