Purpose of the Role -   Stream line & manage operations for all verticals of Insurance Broking (Market, Rural & Captive). The role would also be responsible for client servicing, claims, underwriting, IT, MIS.   Roles and Responsibilities   The role is part of the senior leadership team responsible for building & managing the operational frame work, processes & systems for all verticals of Insurance Broking - Market, Rural & Captive across all client segments - Retail, corporates & reinsurance. The role would also oversee client servicing, claims, underwriting & MIS.  The role is also required to -   Advise on key planning & strategic issues.  Establish operational processes/ process improvement  Ensure quality control of all output as pertains to customer acquisition, retention and delivery of services  Ensure that all teams are fully informed of operational objectives  Set operational and / or performance goals which are tied to long-term goals.   Ensure system adherence to compliance requirements by the regulator   Build the technology road map so as to design & create a platform to result in ease of execution & operational efficiency.   Ideal Candidate Profile   Prior industry experience is necessary.   Goal oriented with positive attitude, sincere, hard-working and ambitious.  Highly effective verbal and written communication with clarity of thought and expression.  Knowledge and development of systems and processes to support service delivery.   The candidate should be well conversant with technology and the use of technology to provide solutions
