Vice President - Operations - Heavy Machinery (18-25 yrs)

We are sourcing for "VP - Operation" with one of the reputed Heavy Machinery Manufacturing MNC based at South India.

Please go through with the following details;

Purpose: The job holder will be responsible for the Manufacturing Operation

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Implements and leads the manufacturing operation of the plant and plans, directs, and controls all manufacturing activities effectively to achieve the business objectives.

2. Coordinates all the operations activities to ensure the approved products are manufactured on schedule and with the best quality and safety

3. Directs all manufacturing, production, or operations activities of the company

4. Training of staff and managers to ensure that everyone is performing adequately in their role.

5. Providing a leadership support function to teams and motivating staff to achieve production goals.

6. Continue to work with shop floors including participation in the daily morning plant activities and safety procedure

KEY COMPETENCIES:

1. Knowledge and experience of factory management

2. Knowledge of manufacturing process Painting and Welding (Preferable)

3. Knowledge of business and management principles

SKILL SET:

1. Strong Leadership Skills

2. Personality to present oneself and be able to handle business heads.

3. Able to handle internal customers and external vendors.

4. Multi Skills.

5. Good communication skills.

6. Ability to work with people at all levels.

7. Strong on integrity.

Qualifications:

B.Tech, MBA in Operations Management(Preferable)
