Responsibilities:   1. Mentor, motivate and develop over 1000 employees to reach their maximum potential.   2. Develop operational goals for each business which are aggressive, yet obtainable and tied to the long-term goals of Jumio and strive to better them   3. Formulate and recommend policies, programs and procedures that improve the quality, speed and productivity of the operations team.   4. Implement service level metrics and programs designed to measure and report on operational performance.   5. Drive continuous improvement plans & projects and standardization throughout operations.   6. Effective planning and layout of workflow, equipment, and procedures.   7. Ensure compliance with all company, state, federal and international regulatory requirements.   8. Participate in company-wide budgeting and forecasting activities. Monitor and manage budget review and forecasts.   9. Working closely with the Managing Director and the Global General Counsel, define Retention and Growth strategies within this high-volume customer segment   10. Facilitate customer & internal onshore visits.   11. Must be committed to fully support a 24- 7 environment, in a multi-site operation.   12. Be open to traveling to domestic and international locations for business needs.   Reporting structure: Reports directly to the Managing Director India and on a dotted line to the Global General Counsel   Other Related Skills   1. Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills including ability to present to executive team. Ability to present to board of directors will be a plus.   2. Demonstrated track record of driving operational performance enhancement   3. Demonstrated excellent ability to formulate and implement departmental objectives, goals and KPIs.   4. Demonstrated excellent ability to plan, assign, train, and direct employees.   5. Demonstrated ability to interview, hire and appraise employees.   6. Highly developed team building skills and collaborative management techniques.   7. Experience participating with other senior managers to establish strategic plans and objectives organization-wide.   8.
