Hiring VP - Marketplace for a fast growing product online business company based out of Bangalore

Job Description :

- Managing the eCommerce strategy from creation and execution to optimization

- Ensuring and maintaining Top line and Bottom Line to ensure the business growth

- Leading cross functional teams in setting up & launching marketplace business for the company across the country

- Responsible for setting objectives, defining and delivering business metrics and KPIs, and ensuring the team delivers as per the business expectations

- Understand consumer behavior and competition to identify opportunities and deliver step change programs for retailers and distributors in a systematic manner

- Manage process improvements; use data analytics and business insights to improve operational efficiency

- Improve productivity by standardizing, automating, eliminating and outsourcing processes thereby reducing operational costs

- Analyse levers impacting the delivery process and recommend six sigma delivery methods to enable DOT (Delivery On Time)

- Increasing retailer and customer satisfaction by enabling effective customer contact Centres

Skill Set :

- Ability to lead and create an environment for high growth while focus on delivering our promise to Customers and Retailers

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyse the business across formats and platforms

- Sound understanding of retail business in totality through exposure into all its key functions

- Ability to align and leverage IT capabilities to meet strategic and tactical objectives of Business

- High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously

- Own P&L responsibilities.

- Excellent leadership, management and communication skills
