Simply put, One can now book a match at their favorite turf, link up with friends and be part of sporting events based on where you or they are, all with the tap of a button. It's really that easy to discover, connect and play.

Job Title: Vice President - Marketing

Job Interface :

Internal : Manages Immediate reporting team that comprises - Content, Graphic & Design, SEO/SEM, Digital Marketing and ATL & BTL

External : PR agencies, Advertising agencies, Digital Marketing Agencies, Media Agencies

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES, BUT NOT LIMITED TO

Strategic Development

- Lay the roadmap of integrated strategic marketing plans across cities.

- Understand the brand values and devise the strategic marketing plans for establishing company as most trusted brand.

- Work closely with the Founders for laying the foundation of the marketing initiatives to have a direct impact on the sales progression & brand excellence.

- Conduct market research to identify & tap the potential opportunities

- Identify & suggest potential product improvement plans

- Develop and maintain Marketing performance dashboard to measure ROI and draw quantitative analytical insight

Marketing Initiatives

- Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to develop unique & creative marketing solutions to expedite growth

- Develop marketing campaigns with quantifiable objectives to measure results

- Efficiently guide the execution of marketing initiatives for positive brand building and sales progression.

- Conceptualize and drive the digital marketing programs to create conversion metric strategies, lead generation & social monitoring catering B2C environments.

- Lead & guide ATL/BTL & SEO/SEM team for optimum social presence ensuring positive turnaround

- Ensure potential increase in the download and usage of the company App

Financial Development

- Responsible for creating efficient and cost-effective Marketing Budget best suited for "company/brand" as a start-up.

- Responsible for driving traffic of potential clients through offline & online marketing plans to meet the financial objectives

- Negotiate commercials with the vendors to drive cost-effective marketing campaigns

- Collaborate with the Sales team to tune-in the marketing plan in line with achieving revenue targets.

- Work closely with the Finance Controller to monitor the in-flow and out-flow of revenue and capital respectively through marketing initiatives

Partnering with External Stakeholders

- Partner & manage appropriate Ad agencies for print/TV/online Ads

- Collaborate & manage various media partners for promoting "company/brand" products & it's services

- Maintain healthy relationship with the PR agencies to ensure positive brand presence of "company/brand"

- Efficiently manage various vendors, handling "company/brand" marketing campaigns

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- Must have a passion to work for a start up!

- Must have a keen sense of brand management.

- Must have hands-on experience in Digital Marketing.

- Must be result oriented & data driven

- Must have creative, intriguing & impact thinking

- Must be a great problem solver

- Must be driven by timelines & deliverables in a start-up culture

- Should have proven track record in conceptualizing, planning & executing integrated marketing campaigns

- Must have in-depth experiential knowledge of e-commerce retailing, especially with the start-ups.

- If you have helped a start-up build as a brand from scratch it would be an added advantage for this position.

- Having worked with a Mobile App based brand will be an added advantage.

Experience and Academics:

- A min of 6 years of experience in marketing roles

- A min of 2 years of experience with Social Media marketing and SEO

- A min of a year of experience of having run marketing operations for a property of at least 2 Million visits per month
