Our Clients are based out of Kolkata. They are Rs.1300 Crores turnover in Knitwear & Garments now Developing New Products for men &Women. They are Professional Company.

Candidates Requirements:

Head Marketing responsibilities:

As part of their usual responsibilities Like ATL/BTl Activities, Co Coordinating with Advertising Agencies. Head marketing Must assist their employers with analyzing advertising campaigns and monitoring brand quality. Positions Requires to monitor the reactions of customers and retail outlets to new products and brand initiatives.

They may be required to travel extensively in order to prepare new store openings, they will be in-charge of branding, marketing and develop new products. Interact with Foreign Buyers for International Business.

- Experience in managing retail space on web and developing marketing programs

- Thorough knowledge of eCommerce principles is Must.

- Operational knowledge of fashion Industry Preferred.

- Ability to maintain work requests for creative team

- Ability to identify and resolve all issues efficiently

- Ability to identify risks and design strategies

- Planned and managed communication with various teams.

- Coordinated with departments and designed marketing programs.

- Provided training to juniors and prepared reports.

- Analyzed print production requirements and provided resources.

- Administered strategies and obtained required approvals.

- Scheduled project activities and conceptualization to implementation.

- Prepared reports for packing requirements.

- Evaluated and documented various project activities.

- Designed assortments and per trend requirements.

- Developed and maintained long term relationship with team.

- Maintained record of all profit and loss statements.

- Assisted teams to provide efficient category results.

- Collaborated with development and product team for processes.

- Prepare Marketing & business strategies and plans.

This Position is Based out of Kolkata

Candidates must have Min 12-15 Years of experience in Marketing of FMCG Products, may a Blend of FMCG and Apparel / Knitwear Industry Preferred. This Position is highly Challenging Job.

VP Marketing will Report Directly to MD.

A team of People will Report to VP Marketing.
