- Must Be From Hardcore FMCG Company With Min 12-18 Years Of Exp In Haircare/Skincare/Deo's . Those Who Have Less Exp Will Be Considered For GM Marketing.

- This position of VICE PRESIDENT - Marketing is for our Rs.1900 Crores FMCG Client

Candidates Requirement :

- To be considered for this position you will currently from a Reputed hardcore FMCG company with Min 12-18 Years of Experience, currently in GM/ or Sr GM /Director Marketing Marketing position working in a Marketing Management position within an FMCG or branded consumer product environment.

VP Marketing will handle entire range of Products - including Women Hygiene Product

- Reporting Directly to the Promoter Director, this position will lead the strategy development and execution for Products Range.

- This role will contribute to driving and shaping the short and long term brand and innovation strategy. This will include developing and implementing positioning strategy, communications strategy and innovation - filling the innovation pipeline by driving idealization, conceptualization and activation in market of approved innovation.

- The VP Marketing will work closely with both internal teams and external agencies in the areas of product development, BTL/ATL activity, advertising / communication development, media planning and research.

- You will be able to demonstrate proven experience in the following

- PG/Dip Degree qualifications in marketing from a Good B-School

- Significant Hardcore FMCG or brand consumer goods experience working within a large organizations;

- Strong brand management experience including developing ATL/BTL communications and /or successful innovation

- Proven project management experience with strong commercial acumen

- Solid exposure to managing budgets and P&L's

- A strong understanding of sales and trade marketing

- The passion and tenacity to drive genuine business growth for this key focus area of the business.
