Education: MBA Premium institute preferred (IIM ABC, ISB, FMS, MDI Gurgaon, FMS, XLRI, IIFT, Harvard, Stanford etc)
Experience: 8-15 years, from FMCG / telecom / CDIT / Retail, with at least 4-8 years in National BTL / Field marketing / Performance Marketing, Carried out Brand Activations, BTL, Buzz Marketing, Events, Shows.
- Age band: 30-38 years.
Skill sets:
- Field Marketing
- Ability to drive business KPI 's through marketing
- High energy, Strong on marketing operations, and ability to look at costs closely.
- Will involve lots of travel, and ability to roll up sleeves.
- High Marketing sense / an entrepreneur possibly
