Backed by the iconic Ayurveda Group, we at co are passionate about adapting traditional Ayurvedic knowledge to the needs of the modern consumer. Through our high-quality product range and standalone clinics, our mission is to provide a new-age Ayurveda for a new-age customer.

We have had an exhilarating journey so far. With three clinics in Mumbai as well as shelf presence in 150+ retail outlets, we have been successfully doubling sales every quarter. As co enters the next phase of growth we are looking for a Vice President - Marketing. This role entails direct ownership over co's marketing function. Responsibilities include :

- Developing a distinctive marketing strategy to capture consumers- imagination

- Translating strategy into a tactical action plan across different forms of media

- Managing the marketing budget to maximize ROI

- Leading influencer marketing to drive brand loyalty

- Conceptualizing and executing BTL marketing initiatives

- Liaising with external agencies to optimize online presence

What we- re looking for :

- 3-8 yrs experience with leading and executing end-to-end marketing campaigns (particularly offline and BTL); Sales experience preferred but not required

- Innovative and impactful thinking on driving brand recall

- Passion for entrepreneurship

- Ability to thrive in a dynamic startup environment
