ROLE
The position involves strategically managing overall marketing function and deliver organization wide business goals.
Candidate Profile: Ideal candidate will be Masters in Business Management, aged 30-35 with 10+ in a NBFC/Bank handling marketing function. Our product is targeted at Merchant & retail establishments.
1. Lead the conceptualisation, evolution and development of the overall brand positioning and strategy for the organization.
2. Provide strong and credible leadership, guidance and support to lead and oversee the critical function of branding and communication
3. Drive brand development and lead integrated marketing initiatives across corporate branding, marketing communications, product launches and digital marketing.
4. Partner with product, sales and other teams on - go to market- strategy and develop associated marketing collaterals for new and existing products.
5. Design and implement media campaigns for the brand and products. Work on a multi-media mix that ensures maximum reach and optimum frequency. Measure communication effectiveness by type of media used.
6. Media planning/ buying, conceptualizing and executing communication on various digital platforms. Use web analytics to drive meaningful insights on website usage and alter customer journey. Promote website through search engine marketing to increase visibility of the brand
7. Leverage Social Media Platforms for reaching out to various customer segments and conceiving customer communication plan to increase followership.
8. Lead generation campaigns across regions to drive awareness and pipeline
9. Responsible for end to end product marketing activities and increasing the sales funnel by 150% and revenues by 250%.
10. Providing in-depth product and competitive analysis for use in product strategy and sales/ marketing positioning
11. Create and deliver presentations, white papers, communiqu's and other Sales Tools
12. Managing the product requirements process; getting input from customers, prospects, Sales team, and external market trends in defining a cohesive set of deliverables that can be feasibly delivered by Engineering.
13. Responsible for all branding and communication across the ATL and BTL activities.
14. Lead marketing technology improvement initiatives- CRM enhancement for real time targeting, and Email marketing automation, etc.
Qualification & Experience
MBA from a pedigree college (1st class throughout) 15-40 rank institution.
10 to 15 years of experience in a Bank/Insurance company or a NBFC

Salary will be commensurate with experience and skill sets and will be matching the best in the industry. Salary package will have the fixed and variable component as per industry norms.
