AVP - Working Capital - Mid Market - Banking Group (2-10 yrs)

- Maximise revenue and customer value by identifying and materializing potential business opportunities, and delivering a suite of commercial banking products.
- Cater to banking needs of mid-corporate customers
- Meeting with CXO level executives, Chairman, Directors, Board Members of the company to gather business needs and on-boarding
- Products dealt with - Working capital products (WC), Standby Letter of Credit, Letter of Credit (LC), Bank guarantee (BG), Export Finance, Bill Discounting, Cash Management Services - Payments and Collection
- Assessment of Client's banking need and devising/structuring products as per business requirement
- Limits setup to new as well as existing clients,
- Manage credit, operational risk and ensure regulatory compliance
- Monitor sales quality and compliance; maintain internal control standards on operational risks.
