Vice President - Legal - CS + LLB - FMCG/Retail

We are looking for a Legal Head for one of the FMCG/Retail Indian Conglomerate.

Education : Law Degree + Company Secretary (Must)

Exp : 17+ Years

Job Description :

Head the Legal Function of 4 Companies. Each company has turnover of more than 5000 Crs. Overall responsible for Corporate Legal Affairs, Heading Legal Affairs Pan India.

- Preference will be given to people worked in Retail/FMCG companies.

- Must have thorough knowledge of the subject.

- Must have worked or working in reputed company as Legal head or VP

- Ensure compliance with Legal and other consumer law.

- Ensure Competition law compliance Vetting of contracts, creating awareness.

- Advising the company on negotiations, arbitration, dispute resolution, recoveries and assisting litigation.
