The ideal Person should have experience in setting up a Bank.  - Lead the legal team for the bank.  - Handling legal, regulatory bodies like RBI, SEBI, Stock Exchange and compliance matters for Indian Business independently and in cooperation with relevant GR functions.  - Structuring, negotiating & finalizing all kinds of business/commercial contracts and amendments thereto in line with the strategies of the Bank foreseeing.  - Drafting, agreeing with business and all stake holders, implementing all legal/regulatory materials (electronic, paper, scripts, etc) related to touch points with potential and existing customers of the Bank  - Anticipating & mitigating compliance and operational risks  - Implementing standardization of contracts & processes.   - Advice management with respect to legal issues related to the development and implementation of its business strategy, governance and compliance policies, employment law matters, conflict of interest policies, corporate structure.  - Providing complete legal support to the Bank Project, involving handling - Unusual Events-, legal opinions, responses to statutory notices, cases of frauds, FEMA issues and other statutory compliance etc.   - Act as the legal partner for all strategy, planning needs for banking/financial business which enhances a quality of critical business decisions.  - Handling Corporate Legal Affairs, Contracts, Advisory Services & Litigation with exceptional communication and relationship management skill  - Facilitating and enabling fast and adequate responses to RBI queries regarding the bank licensing process (in-principal approval, final license, specialized authorities approvals, etc)  - Leading of the work stream aiming to carry out preoperational tasks thereto and establishment of the WOS following in-principal approval from RBI
