Vice President - IT General Controls - Shared Services Centre

Looking for an experienced Chartered Accountant/MBA (IT)/ B.Tech/ M.Tech and System Auditor with knowledge and skill sets in the areas of {Big4 experience is a must}

- Business Process Reviews,

- IT General Controls Review

- Sarbanes Oxley Act Compliance Audits

- SSAE16/ISAE 3402/ ISAE 3000 audits

- Internal Audits

- Data Management and Analysis

- System Implementation and Shared Service Centre based Audits.

- 15+ years of experience in IT audit and assurance services with key role in developing and delivery services with proven experience of successfully managing and delivering IT Risk & Assurance advisory services around external/internal audits) to medium to large, multi-national clients in global virtual delivery platform Including, for example, experience in auditing and advising clients that operate major ERP systems (eg SAP and Oracle), performing project assurance roles in major IT programmes, reviewing IT aspects of mergers and acquisition activity.
