Professional Experience:

- Draft legal documents, such as licensing agreements and patent applications for patent and trademarks

- Negotiate as well as interpret agreements for intellectual property related matters.

- Provides guidance on intellectual property strategies as well as analyze third- party intellectual property competitive intelligence related to client strategies

- Interact with patent analysts, inventors, client organizations and third parties

- Handle and solves issues concerned with obtaining or licensing patents, copyrights, trademarks or other intellectual property

- Provide counseling on patent, copyright law, trademark and intellectual property law

- Handle the responsibility of providing infringement and validity opinions

- Conduct seminars on intellectual property

- Provide legal counseling, seminars and services on business law and intellectual property

- Modify and drafts inbound and outbound technology licenses

- Create implementation and product support agreements

Education:

- LLB/Business degree with 12 plus years of working experience with the last 4-5 years in a large digital,eCommerce,Pharma company
