They are looking to hire a Vice-President for their team.  Job Description :  As a VP reporting to the Head - Corporate Advisory, your primary responsibilities will constitute :  - Working with wealth managers to identify opportunities for M&A, buy-outs, PE fund raise, promoter financing, structured equity, capital market deal  - Approaching clients with suitable thought processes and securing mandates  - Independently lead executing the mandate end-to-end  - Lead teams for effective deal execution and develop them for future growth  The Successful Applicant :  - You must have a Masters in Business/CPA/CA or well-reputed equivalent.
