Currently we are only looking for Diversity Candidates.  Below is the JD for the same.  Key responsibilities include:  - Managing daily operations in the Cash Equity Operations team   - Responsible for managing the daily risks ensuring all Supervisory controls performed  - Identification and timely escalation of risk items to senior management  - Main point of contact for India IED Business Unit  - Partner with the business unit on ongoing initiatives that impact operations  - Drive to improve process efficiency across the department  - Managing team capacity to ensure all risks are appropriately managed   - Developing staff within the department  - Stakeholder Management - Extensive interaction with Sales/Traders, Cross infrastructure teams, Agent Banks, Custodians, Brokers, Local regulators and Market forums.
