- HR Generalist, Employee Engagement, Recruitment and stake holder Management
- Handling the entire gamut of HR Activities for that specific region as in the capacity of Generalist Role.
- Act as an HR interface with the business leadership community, responsible for leading and supporting the transformational people agenda
- Work with Management, Leadership team to establish a people agenda/planning which supports the delivery of the business goals and drives employee engagement.
- Drives the HR agenda within the Business, ensuring that all people managers are equipped and able to deliver against the annual recurring people management requirements
- Preferably from a Premier Business School with 9-12 years of total experience.
