Key responsibilities and accountabilities :
Develop and implement the HR Strategy in alignment with business :
- Craft the HR strategy in line with business goals and ensure implementation
- Promote an organization culture that supports the business strategy and company values
- Develop and implement HR policies & practices in line with business and employee needs
Design and implement the talent acquisition strategy :
- Incorporate a healthy mix of recruitment channels like advertisements, online portals, employee referral schemes
- Ensure all positions are adequately staffed and closed in a timely manner
Drive a culture of high performance :
- Institutionalize a performance culture by focusing on goal setting, timely performance reviews and feedback
- Monitor adherence to the Performance Management Cycle and timelines
Design and implement the rewards strategy :
- Develop and implement the rewards strategy - Increment, variable pay and incentives
- Drive periodic market benchmarking of rewards systems to enable retention of key talent
- Oversee monthly payroll processing to ensure on time payment of salaries
Talent Management and Succession Planning :
- Define career paths and movement criteria
- Ensure succession planning for critical roles
- Facilitate employee development initiatives
Candidate profile :
Over 20 years of Experience in Managing HR function for mid to large size organizations with employees in manufacturing and sales set up
Education : PGDM / MBA / MSW
