Client : Our client is one of the well known MNC Brand and one of the market leaders in the areas in which it operates.

Position : VP - Human Resources

Location : Bangalore

KRA's :

- Managing day to day HR Functions

- Developing and creating the HR Strategies

- Aligning the Business strategy with the HR strategy

- Being the face of the HR to the Global Organisation

- Ensuring the Execution of the above strategies

Candidate Skill set and Experience :

- We are seeking candidates from 2002- 2005 batches only premier institutes from Pharma, ITeS, IT, FMCG, CD, Manufacturing etc.
