We have the following vacancy :

VP-HR : Reporting to the Group Head-HR and responsible for all Strategic & Operational HR, Personnel & Admin. Will be the Strategic business partner providing continuous support to the businesses.

- Will work closely with SBU & Functional Heads

- Will lead a team of professionals.

Candidate Profile : MBAs aged 40-52 with 18-25 years strong experience in Strategic & Operational HR & IR preferably in Engineering, Projects, Very Large Heavy Engineering Manufacturing organisations with headcount between 3000 & 10000 and having diversified operations in India and abroad.

- Should have strong conceptual and execution strengths and experience in building robust and effective HR delivery strategies. Must have strong IR exposure.
