The Group Vice President is responsible for directing all of the people functions of the organization in accordance with the policies and practices of - LIONS GROUP-, the ethical and social consciences of business and society, and the laws, regulations and administrative rulings of governmental organizations and other regulatory and advisory authorities and organizations. The incumbent will also be responsible for the strategic human resource planning to provide the organization with the best people talent available and to position the organization as the employer of choice by being aware of policies, practices and trends within the industry.  - Responsible to take care of End to End functions, processes & performance of Lions Workforce & LDS Guarding Solutions.  - Responsible to manage a team of 60-80 people.  - Responsible to grow organization Balance Sheet.  - Responsible to streamline all the departments and people of both organizations.  - To build result oriented relationship with internal & external stakeholders of both organizations.  - Preparation of Organization Structure & it's implementation  - Responsible for P&L of both companies.  - To build result oriented Liasoning with all the HR Legal Govt. Bodies for smooth audits and other work or activities.  (1) Leadership & Strategy:  - Develop Human Capital Strategy and tactical programs to achieve the same; in alignment with the long range and annual plans / priorities of the business  - Support and participate in the business strategy by bringing in the people context  - Define the operational framework for the delivery of services provided by the Cross Entity service delivery teams based upon the defined business and HR strategy in the business  - Adapt, communicate and implement the strategic direction of HR operations to ensure adherence to policies and processes  (2) Stakeholder Management:  - Build and maintain effective partnerships with stakeholders, with Business leaders and within HR for both organizations.  - Advise top management of the businesses on HR policies or implementation.  - Drive alignment across entities to ensure consistent application of processes, principles and programs  (3) Delivery:  - Ensure the effective delivery of the HR processes - Recruitment, on boarding, documentation, payroll management, payroll distribution, hr legal compliance management, Audits, Invoice & recovery, Talent Management, Reward, Capability Development, People Advisory support, Employee life cycle management, Leadership Development, Change Management.  - Develop/drive/participate in a broad range of HR processes, primarily by defining requirements, providing business insights, setting priorities, reviewing solutions, providing planning input and communicating to business leadership  (4) People Advocacy:  - Manage People connect programs, run employee diagnostics, drive engagement initiatives, talent retention programs etc.  (5) Delivery Excellence & Process Improvements:  - Identify and drive continuous improvements to the scope, performance and cost-to-serve of each team  - Lead initiatives and work with the Management to improve the end-to-end operations & processes  - Accountable for driving consistent, standardized and effective service delivery of HR processes
