We are hiring for Vice President - Human Resource Operations for our US MNC client in BFSI Domain

Position will have dual reporting to CEO in India and US HR Lead

Location : Gurgaon

Experience: 10+ years

CTC- INR 40-45 Lac Per Annum

Job Brief

We are looking for hiring competent Human Resources professional with strong hands on experience in leading HR operations for a large organization.

- Should have at least handled headcount of 500 plus employees

- Strong understanding of Indian statutory compliance and other employment laws

- Should have good understanding of payroll and related compliance

- Experience in handling entire hr operations and hr administration

- Exposure to Compensation and benefit - exposure to Job evaluation, compensation surveys, strategic view on compensation for CXO and other level employees

- Exposure to designing compensation structures

- Very good understanding of Income tax regulations

- Exposure to designing LTIP/ Esops
