Vice President - HR Generalist/Industrial Relations - Media Entertainment Firm

Position is VP IR/HR Generalist role PAN India reporting to Top Management based in Mumbai corporate office. Our client is a well known name in Media Entertainment with very high & fast expansion rate.

Job Summary :

- Heading the entire gamut of IR / HR.

- Responsible for the expansion plans project development Pan India.

- To formulate and develop growth oriented systems in and around the region and procedures for attaining high productivity of employees.

- Assist into Pan India HR as Strategic Business Partner.

- Talent Acquisition monitoring Pan India

- Meeting with union representatives to resolve grievances of workers Negotiation & wage settlement finalization with internal & external unions and amicably settling disputes

- Liaising with Govt. authorities & external agencies for ensuring smooth operations. Labour Commissioner Office, Local Authorities like BMC, NMMC, Political leaders,, MIDC, M S Electricity Board, Telephone Authorities, etc.

- Briefing Advocates, completion of written statement to be file in Court, Caveat, Interim Relief and attending the Labour, Industrial Court as and when required.

- Handled head on situation like strike, lockout.
