What we are looking at a "Business HR Leader" who has the efficiency & capability of leading a large HR team and tremendous practical work experience in Human Capital to the organization at a next level.

This position has a vital role to play as HR Leader, starting from Designing Strategy for organization, taking initiatives and decisions which involves a very healthy and influence character and experience to deal with C level leaders in organization.

- Very clearly we are looking for someone who has worked minimum 2 years as Head of HR for a Small / Medium size organization.

Minimum Exp: 12 Years & Maximum Experience: 17 years

Age: Less than 45 years

CTC: Open and Nego for a Right Candidate.

Job Location: Mumbai

- Industry we are looking from - IT, Telecom, FMCG, Consumer, Retail, Large Conglomerate, Banking, Pharma and Healthcare, Electricals / Switchgears, Hotels.
