Job Description :
- Responsible for sales of Ultra Luxury premium projects, located in Mumbai City.
- To retain / acquire new retail HNI & NRI clients in the specified regions/ markets
- High Degree of Business Development Orientation
- Manage HNI Client acquisition by way of campaigns and Lead Generation activities ( Domestic & International)
- Excellent incentive scheme for high performance
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Experience in selling High End Apartments / Flats / Villas in Mumbai and Suburbs in reputed Real Estate Company.
- Current Ticket size should be above Rs 2 Cr per flat
- A Self-driven, well groomed, results-oriented professional with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on high quality business & profitability.
- Mature, credible, and comfortable in dealing with HNI & NRI customers and clients.
