Target  - Gross Margin Vs Target  - MEI (Manpower Efficiency Index)  Provide and Build Insurance F&A Subject Matter Capability :  - Provide Subject Matter Expertize in area of Insurance F&A ( P&C, L&A, Health) for existing client relationships and for new client pursuits  - Build SME expertize within operations team including building contents, providing training support and certifications  - Provide Support and drive new products and solutions for Insurance F&A  - Demonstrated Subject Matter Expertize for existing and New client pursuits  - Strong SME experts at VP1/ AVP levels  - New implemented Insurance F&A solutions and products  People management :  - Regular Employee Connect sessions  - Develop and implement different engagement plans  - Focus on employees training and development  - HIPO engagement initiatives to be reviewed and deployed regularly  - Collaborative working with Business HR to avail their expertise more from a people engagement and retention perspective  - Evaluate specific tasks of each job to assure that key functions are performed effectively  - Employee Attrition Rate  - Employee Engagement Surveys  - Learning and Development Nominations  New client Acquisition :  - Lead new client acquisition process for Insurance F&A from a delivery solutioning perspective  - Contribute to understanding and designing client solutions to enable client acquisition and smooth transition  - Active participation in New Client acquisition presentations  - New Client revenue  - Provide assistance to BU leadership for development of strategies for business development and process improvements  Working on Strategic Priorities focused on building long term capability for the BU such as (but not limited to) :   - New Market facing products and solutions  - Identifying and creating new partnerships models that can aid transformational solutions to be made available to clients  - Building new service delivery capabilities  - Assistance in business development as and when required  - Long term capability development
