Vice President - Global Messaging Operations  Currently we are having Openings With Leading Investment Banking Company in Jaipur  Position : VP - Vice President  Process : Global Messaging Operations  CTC : Open to discuss (Depending on candidate CTC)  Job Location : Jaipur  Shift : UK Shift (NO Night Shifts)  Reporting to : Director  Key Searches : Payments, sanction, filtering, AML, KYC, Cash Management  Core responsibilities include :   - Exposure in banking products like Cash Management, AML, KYC & other GTB businesses  - Proven track record of managing big migrations  - Strong on strategic thinking / decision makings  - Knowledge on SWIFT  - Good understanding of Regulatory, Compliance & Risk and Control  - Track record on Change management / Process improvement  Responsibilities :  Listing down high level (top 5) key responsibilities of this role :  - This role may not involving managing big teams, instead managing a small yet extremely critical team related to Center of Competence, responsible in dealing with various projects within the regulatory filtering area.  - To play a key role in the upcoming GMO ramp up for next 3 years. Manage and lead end to end ramp up plans for next 3 years, including taking complete responsibility of hiring, on-boarding, training, scaling up new joiners, tracking project progress status, providing update to Senior Management.  - To improve GMO NOC India involvement in projects from the current level, which requires strong negotiation skills and relationship with onshore partners. To clearly show the increased involvement of GMO NOC India in critical regulatory projects.  - Develop SME's within GMO NOC India from the current level, and able to demonstrate the increased / improved skill set by owning e2e projects in the area of regulatory filtering and messaging operations.  - Strengthen the risk profile of GMO NOC India, ensure audit readiness at any given point of time, strengthen the QA methodology etc;  Madhava Reddy CareerNet Consulting
