Company founded in 1968 with US$ 200 million group with diverse business interests which include Panel & Panel Products, Biotechnology (Agriculture & Food Processing) and Information Technology (IT).

Job Description :

- Provide strategic leadership to the Finance & Accounts function.

- Lead preparation and drive timely submission of annual reports and financial statements development, support in maintenance and implementation of all cost accounting policies & procedures in compliance with the Cost Accounting Standards and statutory compliances.

- Institute and implement sound budgetary controls in the organization.

- Study and operationalize the best insurance coverage for the business.

- Guide the team in corporate, manufacturing and business on best practices of functioning.

- Be the transformational leader in the function and enterprise.

- Supervise various legal activities to ensure efficient process of litigation and faster resolution of queries received from internal and external stakeholders

- Support in liaison with banks and financial institutions for raising fund and non-fund based finance to meet working capital and capex requirements and effective Working Capital and Cash Flow Management

- Organize and provide timely & error-free financial information and analysis on performance with reference to benchmarks, trends and budgets, minimizing the variances and presenting the areas warranting attention and direction of Top Management

- Build on operations excellence of the finance function by leveraging ERP to include processes and budgets on systems
