Vice President - Finance Controller - BPO/KPO

Our client a leading BPO/KPO is looking for a CA / MBA finance, responsibilities include the following

Would be responsible for all the key processes like Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, General Ledger, Travel & Expenses, Reconciliations

Will lead the Transformation strategy for the processes in the scope, lead in depth analytics of financials (MoM, QoQ, YoY)

Engagement with Auditors, Finance leadership

Sound knowledge of IGAAP technical accounting, Statutory compliances including GST

You should have Accounting domain expertise, Sox Framework

Should have hands on experience with Oracle Financials

Good Communications skills and team management skills
