One of our leading client which one of the fastest growing start-up in Gurgaon is looking for VP-Finance.  As a VP-Finance you will be:  Be responsible for Strategic Business Planning, Corporate Restructuring, Treasury & Fund Management, Investor relations, Accounting, Taxation, Audit, MIS & Costing.  - Oversee the functioning of all the businesses under finance  - Audit and approve the Budget request for all functions and businesses in the organisation  - Identify demand for technology and delivery of process improvements and deliver substantial cost efficiency resource and financial targets through standardization and if appropriate centralization of processes  Qualifications  You will need to have  - A chartered Accountant (CA) degree with over 10-16 yrs of working experience in finance  - Have led teams in finance as has hand on knowledge of all accounting / taxation/ recon and so on.  - Good communication skill and string work ethics
