Need to have areas :   - CA/ ICWA / equivalent degree with more than 11 years of relevant industry experience, Well versed with Indian accounting standards, Companies act, IFRS, Income Tax act etc.   - Should have managed a team of 5-7 people.  - Well versed with Corporate Laws, TDS & Income tax compliance.  - Strong business acumen coupled with financial prudence.   - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to effectively communicate at all levels of an organization  - Highly collaborative and willing to work in a dynamic and challenging environment.  - Strong relationship skills, including the ability to influence positive outcomes and develop strong partnership/relationship with key business units across all levels of the organization.  - Self -motivated and high attention to detail
