One of our Banking client is looking for a senior professional to join the CFO Function as per following specifications :
Description :
Collating and presentation of financial reports including the monthly profit and loss statements and analysing the performance growth for the consumption of top management.
- Maintain the various accounting systems of the bank.
- Handle statutory and tax audits.
- Understand new products and define accounting and controls and ensure compliance with RBI requirements.
- Understanding and Interpreting the RBI circulars and guidelines and giving relevant inputs to the management for compliance of the same.
- In-depth knowledge of Accounting Standards and various Guidelines issued by ICAI.
- Experience and knowledge in IFRS (Ind AS).
Key Requirements :
CA with 10-15 years of experience in Statutory Accounting and GL Accounting
