Role Description

- Would be responsible for creating solutions for potential clients, RFPs and RFIs, and perform diagnostics at client locations.

- Create customized solutions which address client business constraints and leverage strengths of our Organization.

- Maintain knowledge of industry trends in F&A Space - Research competition and updates on global market trends

- Propose solutions which address risk and investment appetite, stand out against industry competition and increase chance of our Organization's success in bid process.

- Sales Support - Opportunity Assessment, Analysis of RFP/RFI/RFQ Documents/Story boarding, Creating partnership solutions, Discoveries & Scoping Workshops, Interview and collect requirements directly from clients / prospects, present capabilities, lead or act as Subject Matter Expert, Create scope documents, Design global delivery models

Scope of Work / Area of Influence:

- Able to leverage domain to identify/recommend latest technology platforms to take F&A offering to the next generation in Outsourcing journey

- Ability to work with senior stakeholders in delivery/business units, Sales, Marketing and key organization supporting units and influence their decisions

- Ability to work on solutions that are driven by analytics, client business value, process benchmarking and productivity improvements using industry best practices, technology platforms, technology enabling tool-sets.

- Participate in identification and selling opportunities for new/existing clients along with the Sales team.

Span of Control: Individual Contributor

Desired Profile

Deep exposure and knowledge of F&A Processes, changing regulatory requirements, leading Industry and BPO practices, different engagement models and pricing models

- Having ability to leverage industry and domain knowledge to drive solution excellence (best practices, quality principles, best in class technology and tools, productivity, analytics)

- Adept at business writing

- Expert at project management skills with ability to liaise with different functions of the organization at different levels (CXO, Business Heads, Heads of Pricing, Transition, BCP) to provide customized solution

Personal Attributes:

- Strong communication skills (Written & Verbal) - should be able to communicate with people at various levels internally and with-in the client/prospect organization.

- Prioritizing and Organizing Skills- Project management skills, co-ordination skills

- Analytical and problem solving skills with ability to work in extremely short timelines.

- Ability to work on multiple opportunities/RFIs/RFPs/RFQs at the same time

- Leadership Skills to lead cross functional teams across different departments

- Open to travel across locations
