- Looking for a candidate who have experience in complete gamut of Banking operations, Business Process Transformation & Automation, Process & Project Management, Deliverables Management, Vendor Management, Audit, Change Management risk and Compliance.
- Process Re-engineering projects for cost optimization, revenue enhancement, risk reduction and regulatory compliance.
- Process design for Transformational Projects in Digital Banking.
- Solution design encompasses defining operating and business processes, process design, training, implementation and process audits.
- Monitoring and tracking of Branch Process adherence through the Process Adherence and Quality (PAQ) team for standardization of process implementation.
Preferred candidates : CA first attempt or MBA from Premium B school.
