Vice President - Equity Capital Markets Syndication (10-15 yrs)
About the Client - leading investment bank & project advisory platform, offering services such as M&A advisory and fund raising solutions through debt, equity and hybrid structures
About the Role -
Client Development and business origination across geographies in the DI & FII markets i.e. connecting with institutional investors to market and promote primary & secondary equity capital market offerings
Objectives -
1. Build the platform's presence within the domestic & FII market, with effective client sourcing DIIs, FIIs, and Corporate Treasuries
2. Front end the team for any internal management meetings as well as externally for any media briefings
3. Managing Corporate access events, deal & non deal roadshows, conference calls
Requisites -
1. The ideal candidate will have financial institutions coverage experience and deep relationships, both in the DI & FII space.
2. Knowledge of core finance, valuations and financial statement analysis
3. Understanding of different sectors, and of Equity capital markets in India & overseas
4. Knowledge and experience in all capital market products - IPO, FPO, Rights Issues, QIP, QIB, PE, FCCBs and Government Disinvestment
