Bridge across engineering disciplines.  Quality ensurer: Insist on quality, by automating unit tests, system tests and regression tests.  Minimum Qualifications  Be hands on!  Managed and scaled technical teams in a leadership role before, ideally in a startup environment, and have experience managing high-performance individual contributors.  Built and delivered online products that have scaled in their marketplace  In prior fast-paced and ambiguous environments proven to establish the right processes that ensure reliability and scalability while also allowing us to move and deliver fast.  Comfortable managing people with a variety of technology backgrounds  Demonstrated ability to define crisp, measurable goals  Great design taste, especially with respect to balancing minimal viable product (MVP) with platform generality.  System architecture chops, across both hardware and software  Proven track record of successfully communicating with multiple stakeholders - incl. your engineering team, the leadership team, other company functions or external vendors.
