About our Client - Our client is an MNC Bank's business unit driving the vertical's growth strategy for their emerging markets across Asia and Africa. The business unit is responsible for the global bank's retail and commercial banking and insurance businesses in these regions. At present they are seeking candidates for a leadership role to forefront their Digital Bank launch plan.

Job Description - As the Vice President - Digital Strategy, you will be reporting to the General Manager, Digital Banking and will be responsible for:

- Formulating the business plan and growth strategy

- Developing and implementing operational models for successful roll out of the business plan

- Managing the commercial negotiation and internal and external stakeholders

- Developing a deep understanding of the regulatory, competitor, distribution and payments landscapes in India

The Successful Candidate - You will be a graduate or post graduate from a top tier college with an experience of 3-8 years with a Tier 1 management consulting firm (McKinsey/BCG/Bain/AT Kearney). You would have sound knowledge of Indian banking and financial health along within proven experience in rolling out digital strategy for top tier domestic banks in India. You would also possess excellent analytical and problem solving skills. Hands on experience in Telco, retail or big data will be an added advantage. The position requires travelling within the country and abroad.
