Role & Responsibilities :
- Drive service excellence to next level from good to great, improve user experience
- Promote a service management culture (ITIL)
- Senior business level interface.
- Primary role is to protect sensitive data through support for Access Management and Security requirements
- Responsible for Administration and Life-Cycle Management of Windows (CIFS) data hosted on NAS (Network Attached Storage) platform
- Managing a team of 7 engineers in India and Japan who support our users in Asia, Europe [UK] and India
- Support Global TSL in delivering the service across the globe.
- Align frameworks and initiatives, help assess risk and define controls to manage risk
- Help enforce regulatory, contractual and architectural compliance requirements. Increasing consistency and confidence in decision making.
- Implementation of standardized data and security models
- Project and other tools, handling and owning escalations, driving incident management, working across Global and Regional ITBU's
- Business communication and coordination for process improvisation
- Undertake infrastructure related project work and manage coordination with other functional towers
- Handling customers with different level of technical and business knowledge by owning the issues till closure with lessons learnt.
- Global owner for Data Migration for Employee mobility.
